Plaintiffs allege that the Washington Nationals offered a ticket discount of up to 30% plus a $5–$15 ticket credit per ticket exclusively to fans aged 21–39, which they claim violated D.C. laws prohibiting age discrimination in public accommodations. The discount was in place from March 29, 2023 through March 28, 2024. The Nationals deny all allegations, and the parties have agreed to settle the lawsuit.
